Pressure washers or low volume low-pressure systems need some kind of trigger to prevent the water from passing through. These are very handy as the wash gun can manipulate the water pattern from a wide angle to a pencil spray pattern. Wash down systems in food factories will use these as they are a very simple method to clean down. Food grade triggers are also available with rated rubbers and stainless bodies. Longcast lances are also available and can be used with a low/high-pressure pump. These will allow progressive conical spray patterns or long cast full jet.
