We will make every effort to deliver orders the next day on cleared funds if the order is processed before 2 pm. Sometimes errors in our stock levels can occur so if you need the item for the next day, please get in touch and ask. We will try to inform you of any issues regarding stock levels and delivery times. Time for delivery is always given in good faith as an indication and we shall not be liable for any consequential and indirect losses, expenses or damages in whatever manner caused by late or non-delivery of goods. For heavier items that require more than one person to carry and any lifting equipment necessary will be your responsibility to arrange and at no cost to us. We are only obliged to offload the goods onto a hard ground reasonably close to the delivery address and you shall be responsible for the distribution of the goods delivered. You shall have no right to refuse delivery and shall arrange for a member of your household who is over 18 years old to sign for the delivery. In the event that you suspect that the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Upon delivery, all risks of the goods shall pass to you so it is your responsibility to keep the goods safe and undamaged and to possess appropriate insurance to cover them.
Built to order products cannot be cancelled, you must make sure that the information provided by you and any information provided by us (e.g. specifications and items in our quotation) are correct and suitable for your use before you place an order with us.
Machines / Pumps
If for some reason pressure washer, floor scrubber drier or any other cleaning machine bought from us has a fault then it must be returned to us at your own cost. We will then investigate the problem and if its a warranty issue then this will be free of charge plus labour.
You must also inspect the goods as soon as possible upon delivery. In the event of damage, faulty goods or short supply, you shall notify us in writing as soon as possible and in all cases within seven days from the date of delivery of any alleged damage, fault or shortage. If you do not comply with this provision, you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. We shall be afforded an opportunity to inspect and make good the supply. Should the alleged problem be proven, our liability shall be limited to making good the fault, replacing the goods or refunding the price at our absolute discretion. We shall be under no liability whatever to you for any consequential or indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit and extra labour costs) suffered by you arising out of the proven problem.
Nothing in this Term shall restrict or exclude any liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or affect your statutory rights dealing as a consumer
Shipping World Wide
Customers who would like parts to be shipped abroad must get in touch via email confirming the part number and quantity needed. The Customer needs to supply all relevant tax and company registration numbers that are linked to the account. We ask for a £ 25-pound administration fee plus the cost of the part upfront, payable via Bank Transfer or use Paypal with this email address(firstname.lastname@example.org). When the goods have arrived with us, we will contact you again confirming the cost of shipping. A further transfer of money is needed before we send the parts. All items are tracked and signed for. Should the item need to be insured please tell us.
